As you do find yourself nearing the end of life, having someone to talk to openly about death can make a huge difference. 

Your physical, emotional, and spiritual connections are all things we look at now and talk about how your needs related to these things might evolve as you get closer to death.

We will also discuss what you would like to happen to your body after death in a practical way as well as in regards to any rituals you would like to experience near or after death.

Another specific area we will discuss is your life legacy. How do you want to be remembered after you are gone? I can work with you and your loved ones (if you would like them to be involved) to create a plan around how you will be remembered.  

I also am available to answer, or find the answer to any questions you have about the dying process.
